Return & Refund Policy
My Store accepts returns of full-priced items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products that appear used beyond trying on will not be accepted.
Items Eligible for Return
Only full-priced merchandise can be returned. Sale items—including those purchased during promotional events or from sale collections—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiating a Return
Please start your return by contacting My Store through our contact page. Do not ship back any item without prior approval. Once approved, you may either mail the item or bring it to a My Store physical location.
Returns made in-store avoid restocking fees and typically result in faster processing.
Return Shipping and Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Returns mailed to us will have a $4.95 restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
- Returns made in My Store physical locations, exchanges, and returns processed as store credit are exempt from this restocking fee.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our condition requirements, My Store will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear in your account following receipt and approval of the return.
Price Adjustments
If a full-priced item you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date, My Store offers a one-time price adjustment. The difference will be refunded to your original payment method. This adjustment applies once per item and is not ongoing.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact My Store promptly through our contact page. Cancellations requested after this window cannot be guaranteed.
