Agreement to Terms

By placing an order on My Store's website, you agree to fully comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with purchases from My Store.

Order Accuracy and Pricing

My Store works hard to ensure all product descriptions and prices, including those for our BAGS, Best Sellers, and New Arrivals such as the Medium Cargo Crossbody series and Nylon Drawstring Bags, are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a price is listed incorrectly or product details are inaccurate, My Store reserves the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund without further obligation.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is submitted, adding or removing items is not possible.

Requests to update your shipping address or cancel your entire order must be made immediately after purchase and are subject to strict time constraints. Contact us as soon as possible via our contact page to submit these requests. While My Store will attempt to assist, modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibilities

You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, My Store will help with reshipping; however, you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs incurred.
International purchases may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and other charges imposed by your government. All such fees are solely your responsibility. My Store does not estimate, collect, or control these charges.

Shipping Delays and Lost or Damaged Items

Delivery timelines can be affected by third-party carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond My Store’s control. We cannot be held liable for these delays.
